Verify your network's carrier routing by reporting incoming test call data within 24 hours.

Step 1: Receive call — no need to answer. Step 2: Enter Caller ID within 24 hours (match formatting exactly).

• Requirements: an active phone number.
• Rewards: 0.05–2.0 UP per call (typically 0.05–0.20 UP), instant payout after reporting.
• Tips: you'll get push and in-app notifications for each test call — no need to answer calls, they drop automatically if answered.

SMS Testing

• Requirements: an active phone number.
• Rewards: 0.05–2.0 UP per SMS (typically 0.05–0.20 UP), instant payout after reporting.
• Tips: you'll get push and in-app notifications for each test SMS — no need to respond to the SMS itself.

Scout

Audit prepaid SIMs: call assigned numbers and log results.

1. Select and buy an approved SIM.
2. Register the SIM with a receipt for refund.
3. Confirm the active SIM and choose a number to validate.
4. Call 5 times back-to-back using the same SIM.
5. Log the SIM balance and report results after each call.

• Requirements: an approved SIM plan (up to $40 USD reimbursed).
• Rewards: 0.1 UP per accepted report, 5 UP per number promoted to Runners, plus a 4% match on Runner earnings from your promoted numbers.
• Tips: use multiple SIMs to maximize earnings (8 numbers per SIM per 48-hour cycle, verify each up to 5 times). Earn UP only for accurate reports — never estimate, round, or skip wait periods. Never use personal SIMs, to avoid carrier spam blocks. No talking required — if a human answers, hang up immediately.

ScoutQuest

Research and submit prepaid SIM plan details.

1. Compile SIM intel (the site extracts the data).
2. Review and edit the pre-filled data.
3. Adjust the auto-filled country list.
4. Submit the plan for review.

• Requirements: none.
• Rewards: 5 UP per approved plan, paid out after review approval.
• Tips: submit up to 10 plans max per period. The ScoutQuest period opens 3–5 times a year. Accepted plans: prepaid with a fixed international calling plan (minutes or unlimited), pay-as-you-go, or a plan requiring a separate international add-on.

Runner

Call Scout-verified numbers and report connectivity.

1. Pick an opportunity from your queue (check the reward rate and ASR band first).
2. Register your prepaid SIM.
3. Confirm your email.
4. Verify your plan and accept all charges.

• Requirements: an approved SIM plan.
• Rewards: ~0.15 UP/minute (varies by number), instant reward after verified calls.
• Tips: hold calls 30+ seconds to qualify for rewards. You can dial in parallel from multiple devices (each device needs its own SIM and a plan covering the destination) — check your SIM balance before dialing. Target high-ASR (Answer Success Rate) bands to maximize paid attempts, and enable push notifications for alerts on new numbers. You can only call carrier-locked numbers vetted by Scouts — no numbers means switch SIM plans.
